My baby brother in there! – Nepean maternity photographer

Nothing better than discovering that a new client went to school in my hometown!  Crazy how small this world actually is.  I had such a good time with this family.  I could have moved in with this little girl.  She was so cute and welcoming.  And obviously VERY excited for her new baby brother to get here!! (As were we!)  Smile

Two thousand and fourteen – Ottawa photographer

2012 has come and gone – Ottawa photographer

January 8, 2013

Happy New Year!!!  I know I’m running a bit late this year…but upgrading your equipment never comes easy.  I’m STILL trying to get my programs all up and running properly.  (Well, they’re running…just not how *I* like them!)

But aside from all that.  I just wanted to thank all the amazing families I had the chance to work with this year.  Being in my third year of business I met a lot of people for the second and third time.  Which was SO much fun!  I also stepped out of my comfort zone and held a day of mini sessions this past fall.  AND, happy to report it was a success.  I think it will become an annual event.  (If the weather cooperates.)

Twins on the way! – Barrhaven maternity photographer

When I met up with this couple, I could hardly BELIEVE that she was carrying TWO little munchkins in there!!  She was pretty certain she wanted to capture some belly photos – AND quickly!  Those boys could arrive VERY soon.  I’m glad we did have the chance to capture the time before their world got a little more hectic!  And how adorable are they?!?!  Smile

Expecting a surprise – Ottawa maternity photographer

If only we could all be this gorgeous at 8 months pregnant!!  These guys were such a sweet and fun couple.  They had decided they wanted to be surprised and had no idea what the sex of the baby was.  I think everyone had a little suspicion as to whether it was a boy or girl.  My vote was for boy.  But you’ll have to WAIT to find out!!  Winking smile

What a year for a New Year! – from K Photo and Design
