I knew I was in for a giggling good time when we were all set up for a beautiful family photo and this little girl raises her arms and yells “armpits”!!  There is just no recovery from that!!  Haha!  Let’s just say, things got a little goofy.

So I have to tell you this story.  I had taken the last photo…and was about to pack up when this boy asks if I would take a photo of him and his Mom together.  OMG!! Just melt my heart!!  So we did.  There were a bunch of smiley, standard, looking at the camera poses. But this was by far my favourite.

Not to be outdone by her brother….this little girl needed a photo with her Papa.  All set to take my shot and she grabs onto her Dad’s nose and giggles like a crazy person.  (Perhaps a little back story.  Moments before her Dad said he wouldn’t be able to be a model because his nose was too big.) Haha!

Just because the colours have gone does not mean we need to stay inside.  Nothing is better than that fluffy white stuff as a background for family photos. Please contact for more details. info@k-photo.ca

These guys are always so fun to hang out with.  This little gal had to catch me up on ALL that was new since the last time we met.  Getting her ears pierced was definitely a highlight. Anyways, we couldn’t take TOO long with the chit chat…..breakfast was waiting.

It is not too late for outdoor portraits!! Now booking first snow family sessions.  Please contact for details: info@k-photo.ca

I have been meeting up with this family pretty much every year since their oldest child was only a week old.  And seriously, she is going to be taller than me soon!! I love hanging out with these guys….it is always an adventure.  Just check out those smiles!!

When this family invited me to do an at-home session I was super excited. Even more so when I found out they had a new little fur baby.  This little ball of fur was so adorable!! Appropriately named “Dots”.  The girls are usually quite goofy for me….and no different being at home.  I don’t even know whose idea it was to all hop in the hammock.  But let me tell you, it was HILARIOUS!!

Just because the leaves have fallen, and weather has turn cooler – that doesn’t stop the outdoor photos!  Currently prepping for first snow sessions.  If you are interested in wintery outdoor photos – please let me know! info@k-photo.ca And of course, follow along on Facebook or Twitter to keep up with what’s going on.
