I took my gal out to capture her 4 year old portrait a few weeks ago. She insisted she needed to wear that sparkly skirt (it’s her fave!). And we thought we’d try to find some pink trees. We didn’t have very much luck; but did manage to find a couple. I was going to keep the photos to myself, but I was so proud how they turned out. It’s true that photographing your own kids is terribly hard work. (That’s why most people hire other people to do it!) She’s at that stage where she refuses to look at the camera, and is most often just a blur. This is totally her and her spunky little self, and I love it!
