I was so happy to be asked to capture this special day. Not one baptism, but TWO! The kids were adorable!! (And well behaved – especially since we were coming up on nap times.) Here’s just a little snippet of what happened.

I’ve had such a string of newborn baby boys since even before Christmas, that it was so much fun to play with a little girl for a change. She had such a sweet little petit face, and her expressions were so funny. I just fell in love with her! This gal was so interested in what was going on around her, that she didn’t feel like she wanted to nap at all! But eventually she slipped into a nice little snooze and easily became one of my most cooperative little ones. Just look at that adorable little face!! 
I’m looking forward to all those summer babies!! Please book your newborn session soon to avoid disappointment.

I had so much fun with this sweet baby girl. Oh, what we will do for a smile! I swear the song: “Who let the dogs out” has been tarnished for me forever. Funny enough – I think she’s a cat person. 
But oh well, it got the smiles. And what a beautiful smile she has. I, of course have a few I’d love to share. 
FYI: Dad was holding onto her the whole time and was removed in post-production. Safety always comes first!!

This has been the largest newborn I have ever photographed to date – at a whopping 11lbs 3oz! But just look at all the chubby baby goodness!! He was so cute and cuddly. And a welcomed addition to a family of all boys. (Even the cat is a boy I think!)
But seriously, don’t you just wanna pinch those pudgy little chubs??

As you can guess, this little cutie was NOT all that interested in snoozing. Even though I showed up right at naptime…and she was fed on MULITIPLE occasions. She just did not want to settle down. She was nearing the 3 week mark, I’m thinking she may have hit a little growth spurt. As all she seemed to want to do was eat! I did get some really cute and funny expressions out of her; and just look at those beautiful eyes!!
I just LOVE this image. We had this gals all curled up for a nice photo and she just spread her arms and legs out like a little starfish. And then she looked soooo relaxed. Too cute!!

Happy New Year everyone!! What a year this has been for me! I’ve had the opportunity to photograph many expanding bellies, lots of wee babes and a pile of families. I was so excited to meet up with this family again. It had been a while since we’ve gotten together. QUITE a while. (Their little girl was just a wee newborn back then; as you can see here.)
She’s much bigger now, and LOADS of energy! I have no idea how her parents keep up to her. She is sooo cute, and so much fun! This little family of three will be a family of four in the new year; as a baby boy is on the way! I can’t wait to meet him!!

The name of a familiar dancing penguin, the name my son wanted to give our baby girl (don’t worry…we didn’t listen to a 4 year old!), and also the nick name I’ll give this little guy. He was so happy, and just LOVED those toes!! 4 month olds are not an age that I commonly have the chance to photograph. But I just love ‘em!! Babies are so full of expressions at this age, and this little guy did not disappoint. Just look at those smiles!! They grow so quickly, it makes me happy to capture these moments of discovery. 
You may ask: “When is the best time to schedule a photo session for your baby?” The answer may surprise you: ANYTIME! Most parents feel the need to wait for that perfect moment, but in all reality there’s no reason to wait. If your baby has just hit a milestone and you’d like to capture it with a photo session – just do it! It doesn’t matter if they are 2, 3, 7, or 10 months old.)
