So I looked it up…apparently the traditional 5th anniversary gift is wood. How appropriate to have your photos taken in the woods!! We took a trip down to the lovely Mackenzie King Estate in Gatineau. Although it was busy, (definitely a hot spot for weddings) – we found some amazing little spots to capture some fun photos to mark the occasion. Seriously couldn’t have asked for a better day! And at one point we managed to become one of the tourist attractions. Everyone wanted to stop by to read their anniversary sign. Some came with marital advice. Haha! 
Looking through these bunch of photos, hard to believe I was photographing their engagement five whole years ago!! And then the big day of course. Time flies when you’re having fun!!
