Record snowfall AND a snowday?\u00a0 The perfect opportunity to bribe my children to venture out into this winter wonderland.\u00a0 Sitting at my desk watching those perfect fluffy snowflakes fall, I knew we had to hurry up to get out there.\u00a0 Kids\u2026not so fast, OR enthusiastic as I was.\u00a0 I\u2019m waiting for them at the door with my gear as they are getting ready.\u00a0 I yell up at them \u201cHURRY UP!!\u00a0 YOU\u2019RE MISSING IT!!!!\u201d\u00a0 My son wanders over to the door and says \u201cWow, Mom.\u00a0 You are clearly insane.\u201d\u00a0 Haha!\u00a0 And that\u2019s what you have to do sometimes to get those perfect shots.\u00a0 Oh, and offer donuts.\u00a0 \"Smile\"<\/p>\n

Okay, clearly I had a little trouble in choosing my favourites. Snow had stopped by the time we had found a location we could park at.\u00a0 As most parking lots were not cleared at all.\u00a0 But just as we were about to leave the snow started up again.\u00a0 So I did manage to get a few with the snow actually falling.\u00a0 So I\u2019m pretty happy about that.\u00a0 Although, I just love shooting in fresh snow.\u00a0 It\u2019s a beautiful backdrop for sure!<\/p>\n
