I have been photographing this family since these gals were only a few days old. They have always been quite shy about having their photos taken. But I think after 5 years…they’ve finally gotten familiar with how weird I am!! Haha! I had a great time with this family. And seriously – don’t their eyes just SPARKLE?? Mom and Dad of course are primping the girls to look their best and then little sister just pulls the hat straight over her face!! Haha! I am so glad that photo made it to their 2017 holiday cards!!

A post to remind you of warmer days. I have had so much fun with this family over the years. It’s hard to describe the level of silliness that happens. But literally, my face hurts once we are finished our annual fall session with these guys. What I just can’t get over is how this boy’s little sister ADORES him so much! She looks over to him for his approval in every little goofy she is doing. And then the giggles!! Haha! Often times with kids when things get a little wacky, I need to remind them to keep their tongues in their mouths. Or pointing sometimes becomes an issue. (Especially with my own kids!) But this was the first time I had to ask them to refrain from the “zombie arms”! In the end, it was so funny – I just went with it, and photographed their zombie impressions.

2017 brought me many old, and some new friends. Love me some new baby smell!! And also my Fall mini sessions were a big hit! Beautiful weather!! As a bonus, I just love catching up with these people every year. The kids grow so quickly!! And of course, if I can convince my own children to get in front of my camera – I’m winning! OH! And let’s not forget – in 2017 I managed to launch my new website! If anyone knows my technical abilities…this was a HUGE accomplishment! Haha! I can’t believe I have not seen these guys since their “little one” was ACTUALLY a little one! But no matter how much time as passed…they are still one goofy bunch! Haha! This gal was telling me all about My Little Pony and who her faves were. She also hinted that perhaps her brother may know them all by name as well. But he doesn’t want anyone to know that! He wants us to believe he’s a LEGO Ninjago fan. So we’ll go with that!

Well…I don’t know what it was that put the sparkle in these kids eyes. But when I asked; I was told: CHEESEBURGERS. Haha! So there you have it. Forget anything that anyone has told you about various different beauty secrets. Cheeseburgers are the way to go! I had so much fun with these two. They definitely kept me smiling. We even had an unexpected visitor join us just as we were finishing up. A big ole groundhog! Perhaps that’s why it’s called Hog’s Back Park?
