Always happy to get the call that there is another baby on the way.  I hadn’t seen this family since their baby boy, well….was a baby!  He is definitely full of beans now at 2 years old.  (Hard to believe he was THIS baby!)  He kept himself busy by baking “cookies” with his pot and spatula as Mom and I tried to settle his lil’ sis.  I think she had pretty much decided before I arrived that all she wanted to eat and cuddle all day long. Luckily, in between feedings we managed to snap a few cute photos.  My favourite part has always been capturing and creating the Fingers+Toes collage.  Every single one is unique.  And for this one, I particularly fell in love with the little photo of the back of her neck with this little wispy hairs.  Sooooooo cute!!  

Oh…and before I forget, the blanket shown below was made by her 90+ year old Great Grandmother and saved for her before she passed.  Definitely a special heirloom, as she could hardly see as she was finishing it up.  I was told she didn’t even know that there was a baby girl on the way!  She must have had a sixth sense.  It was soooo pretty and dainty.

The weather is getting warmer and I’m beginning to see a lot more green arriving every day.  This is the perfect time to start thinking about outdoor family photos!  Now booking for Spring/Summer of 2017.  And of course, ALWAYS taking newborn bookings.  Drop me a line, we can chat! info@k-photo.ca
